We are new, we are hiring, bonuses for every star we attain, pay on start negotiable, dependant on stats, pay increases as stats become more beneficial to the company, if your strapped for cash holler at the director, I'm on everyday, i don't mind helping my employees beyond just their daily pay, my Faction MBK I'd also recruiting, all lvls and stats. I treat my employees like my faction members and vice versa, I look out for mine. Bare with me as I'm new to this part of torn lol
