For anyone running a business who cares, just a word of advice: do not approach people who are already employed seeming desperate for a job just to say no. I understand stats matter and companies need quality employees, but when you approach players and offer the already employed a job you seem desperate. You also need need to make your company seem like its worth working for. When being asked what the company has to offer, your response should not be "Money." money is easy to get in this game. Sell your company to potential employees, make them want what you have to offer. Beggers can't be chosers
