Definitely still a usable item.
It's the max difficulty setting. Cops are lv 350 so you have to set the max level in the top right corner to 350 or higher.
Is it the "Some People" mission? Pretty sure you can just use any random crap. Just use something cheap like a box of tissues or a brick and remember to use an empty box to make it a parcel.

Anyway, iirc I was at 85.99 when I left the page. When I got back it was 86.00.
My bootlegging online store got my CS to 86, but the logs don't show the increase from 85 to 86. Doing more bootlegging does not trigger log updates for the 85 to 86 increase, but the 86 to 87 increase did get logged as I got there manually.
Is it intended for crime skill change to be logged only when an action is made with it?

This guy has a job, but no company/job icon. They are listed in their company and their job can be seen on their profile, the briefcase icon just doesn't appear anywhere. Haven't noticed that with anyone else yet. Tried it with multiple browsers with and without scripts, same issue.

OP is not working in a company with flying perks nor is he living in a PI so it'll depend on his faction perks and suitcase ownership
It's actually a set too, ornaments for all four letters 'TORN'. The logs for the other 3 ornaments are too old for me to check though so I can only be sure that I got R from visiting the santa npc
If you have only 1 relevant weapon equipped you get ammo for that weapon. If you have 2 it randomly provides for 1 of them. If no relevant weapons equipped then it's all random.

The amounts should be fixed for each round as I get 100x for every 5.56mm round exchange.
