One slight thing to add: The education starter job has a special that reduces the time as well. It gives a 10% decrease in the time that is a passive that once you earn it you keep it forever. Otherwise, Dingleberry is correct. It is why all the job specials with passives from the city are worth getting.

It still allows you to know a few cards at a time, and that does increase your range of a guess for your next hand. If Ched was going for realisim he would allow the deck to go down to about 10-15 cards. / Shrug I know that is a bad arguement, but casinos in real life do well enough.

I can think of at least one casino that I've spent a few weekends there that they were glad to have me be a patron. But I was there to spend time with someone, not to make money at a casino. I'm no gambling expert, but I would probably enjoy torns a bit if it had more of a casino feel to it than just this electronic version... I imagine it would be hellish to code though.

Lol yes that's a savage way to eliminate the competition.

The strategy there though with cans instead of fhc is that you have to go to rehab almost every day to keep your happy at a reasonable amount.
Moreover, the Restaurant makes it more energy per day on the top end of cans, not necessarily more cost effective. The Grocery store, however has less of an energy boost over all, but it does make cans more cost effective with energy as the boost does increase energy per can. I am splitting hairs on word choice but there is a point to it.

And here comes the slippery slope of testing what Committee Members are allowed to do and what they are not allowed to do. I was afraid something like this would happen and make headline news lol.

Honestly, get to level 15 first. It is worth the risk. To put it to comparison I have 14 over doses and done many happy jumps, enough so that all my stats are over 500k each and I only over dosed once or twice on Ecstasy from a happy jump.

This is why I think the rules needs to be amended.

I personally feel the rules should be altered on such a mess to allow a little more safety for a committee member. Specifically, I believe that the member shouldn't be allowed to scam, however they should be allowed to change their mind about something they were extorted to do. It would be more work for staff, but it would be the most fair position to allow.

And the reasoning I would say allowing them to go against extortion-> people can decide to stand up for themselves and try to take on a bully. By having the law laid down how it currently stands, you will force any factions that have committee members to never agree to anything in any public channel that has been traced and confirmed them if they believe they might change their mind in the future. This enforcement is a slippery slope. I see why Bogie is ruling the way he is, but I see danger allowing this case to stand legitimized to be enforced by him.
