I am sorry if this is already a known issue. I tried to search for it and couldn't find anything. The problem is when I try to send the application, if the text box is empty, I can do it, if I write a message than I can't send the application. The same goes when I try to update the application. But, if I make the message as a one liner, than it works. So, it does not like when I press "enter" for a new line. That's strange to me. Sorry if it is a known "feature" :) I can provide the company link if it is needed for testing purposes.
