I logged onto torn this morning and claimed 3 new energy drinks and it said I had to wait 12 hours. So I told my friend and he claimed his and he had to wait 3 and I thought it was a level thing but no one else seemed to have to wait 12 hours. I logged onto torn 5 mins ago and it said I have to wait 7 hours so it's not an issue with the pc. I'm currently on a tablet so I can't put the screen shot in.
