Today the muscle pain was harsh, I can't train, but I sleep early and don over eat, hope tomorrow have less pain to train. Cheer's.
I talk with the doctor sublime, and I am happy to say that yesterday begin to train and diet to overcome my lack of energy. The problem was that I spend too much time training and sleep late, but I will fix that next time.
I feel a bit of muscle pain, but not much as i expected, eat some chicken for breakfast and suffered as i drive standard :) :)
But above all, feels great to have someone to give guidelines to advance and go through the means we need to be better. Cheers.

Just by open to someone your felings can make a diference, i think thats why i like this game, since i not the best in open by voice y do it much better by text, make me feel i litle bit less lonely... i really hope you get better and i will be here, since i need corage to get back to terapy too, greets
