As title says, my spouse and I are looking for a 10* fitness center. Yes we have money on hand. No we do not want a different type of company. We do not want a lower starred company, but we will maybe look at a 9* if no 10* come up. Thanks

I like this idea. We do a drawing every other week but this would definitely liven it up
Too true. Some employees feel like their super high stats entitle them to these large amounts of pay. No, listen, it doesnt matter how high your stats are, they cap out, so your 500k endurance means nothing to me past 20k. Its irrelevant. Just like real life, dont be a lawyer then coming looking to work at mcdonalds for the same pay its not happening. But because most of them think this way ive had to hire brand new players because the higher ones with stats I would need know they can go make ridiculous amounts if they wanted. At this point my company is only enticing to new people and the ones who are aiming for those passive gains from stars
