This was entree tonight, 2nd time I've tried this. When you mentioned fresh ingredients I haven't stopped thinking of Vietnam, only visited once but all the fresh herbs and veggies made it so easy to eat vegan.
So, (Black Jasmine) Rice Paper Rolls. Don't really need a recipe, after you've eaten them once you'll know what kind of stuff to fill them with... whatever you like! This is super easy, highly recommend trying it. Cheap and fresh and tasty.
I've gone with shredded lettuce, chopped herbs (mint, basil, coriander), a chilli, finely sliced mushroom, grated carrot, bean sprouts, and vermicelli noodles.
Also made a dipping sauce out of peanut butter, water, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and a dash of agave nectar.
ahhh, I was going to go through the pictures of some of the meals I've made over the last year (upgraded from 11 years as a vegetarian to WFPB, no oil), but I'll need to cook some more and take a picture with name/ID in them to submit.
So, not a submission, but a heads up that I'm on board for this!
Everyone in my family fights over who makes the best guacamole. Made this yesterday, big bowl should last a couple of days. I love how easy it is to make, and so tasty. As you've mentioned anything with fresh raw ingredients is the best.
This bowl had 4 avocados (semi-mashed), a habanero chilli, 3 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of coriander, a tomato, some salt & pepper, and lemon juice.
In the poker table events log, it will say "Timbits raised $200 to $200" when really all I raised was $100 from the previous bet of $100, to $200.
The evaluation of the raise amount seems to be ("this player's current bet" - "this player's previous bet") instead of ("this player's current bet" - "the previous bet").
It should say "Timbits raised $100 to $200".
It may seem to be a small thing, but this is how it should be. Happy to discuss.
Appreciate the advice guys, even though I was at only 1% addiction, I rehabbed down to "very slightly addicted" just before the start of the day so it would've rolled into absolutely 0 but my employee effectiveness is still at -21 for Addiction.... I wonder when that gets refreshed, assumed it happened at the start of the day!
Hi friends, like any good boy/girl/other I eat xanax with every meal and rehab when addiction hits 4%. My faction has Toleration benefits, so -50% drug addiction. I only need to rehab every 2 or 3 weeks, I dunno not keeping track of it but it's not very often. But my employee effectiveness penalty for drug addiction is always pretty high (-18 today with my addiction at 1%).
My question is, does anyone know if the addiction penalty to employee effectiveness looks at the # drugs taken or the actual addiction level? It seems to me that it's based more on # drugs taken, and so while the -50% drug addiction faction perk means I don't need to rehab very often, if I want to keep my employee efficiency high, maybe I should rehab even when my addiction hits 1 or 2%?
The script is allowed because it doesn't improve your chances of winning or getting the merit (assuming you can handle the incredibly basic maths involved by playing without the script). All it does is drastically reduce how long each day it takes to use up your tokens, and remove all thought from the (admittedly very basic) game. I personally think taking shortcuts in an RPG is a bit weird, but as everyone seems to say - there's no wrong way to play Torn!
