I've got a picture of my face all bloodied after defending my home from a burglar a few years ago. No gore or anything wild, just a shocked-seeming face covered in blood. Would I be able to use this on my profile without getting hemmed up for it or does it go against the graphic content rules?
UPDATE: Mod gave clearance, (but also gave the caveat that they wouldn't post it as it looks traumatic.) for those wondering similar in the future. If your pic is any worse than mine though, I'd suggest reading the rules again to be sure, then also seeking clarification before uploading if it seems like a grey area.
Thanks for servin bro. I was Field Artie out of Ft Polk. if you're not US nevermind that lol but thanks for doin somethin for your country none the less.
Yeh I'm not sure lol It does nothing negative or positive for either me or him to believe, not believe, explain, not explain.. Holds no bearing on either of our lives, liberty, or happiness. People trip about the wrong shit when they're on the internet for some reason. Then again, some people are just skeptics about anything at all, and feel the need to add commentary about it when they can. A guy I make music with is always on about "them" and "they" and thinks gravity is fake, the earth is flat, covid was a russian ploy, and all of us came from a star or lizards and are being experimented on by freemasons, and you can't have many conversations around him without it coming up. Seeing is believing I guess, unless you can make up some story to believe about what you cant see.
All possible, sure, but, no. Just someone who thought this was a cool game a few years ago, forgot about it the next day, and ran into it again via a friend. If I wanted to troll I'd pick an easier audience that couldn't ruin progress I'd made on the site lol, like RapFame or FaceBook.
I'm not asking for anyone's belief. I was asking if my picture could be used.
I've told the entire story countless times, my wife witnessed it, my neighbors saw the results and lived the aftermath with me, and the guy who caused it will never forget it and always regret it. You're a random guy I don't know.
In the end, I like the picture, and figured it was a great last post to facebook when I decided to no longer partake, and would also be a great picture for a criminal roleplaying game, it coming from being involved in ciminal situations.
Lol no. Arrests don't really happen in my old neighborhood. It was handled. He was an outsider who just "worked" there. The decision to do that lost him his "job" and a lot of pride, being that he came into my house with a gun and mask and left with nothing. Shit happens. My family is/was safe, and I didn't lose anything but a little personal security, and even that loss was temporary. That's what matters.
