The effect should be reduced based on how far removed they are from the user. For example someone attacking the user would get 2/3 of the hosp time of the user of the SED. Someone attacking one of the attackers would get 2/3 of the hosp time the attacker received, and so on.
This would provide a fun (if expensive) tactic to use during ranked wars when multiple group attacks are happening at once.

Not currently, I don't know if there are plans to in the future. We do use text templates so we are not typing the same thing over and over.

We are using it currently and it works very well to streamline our report handling.
This would be an extension to help filter things like questions and obvious no action reports to the proper channels.
An example would be a player complaining they are being attacked too frequently, or "How do I?" type of reports.
For the second, I cannot answer.
Yes, if you show up with the intent to harass and verbally abuse then you may be asked to leave, and very likely receive a ban or fed.
If you show up to have a good time and can be respectful of everyone attending, then we good.

Another was added later and then claimed by someone that happened to have a mission to hit the player, so they aren't truly unclaimable but it is more based on randomness and actually noticing the bounty to click hospitalize.
You read wrong, it was a $6.66m bounty. We removed it due to it being an advertisement and also unclaimable.

This exists to a limited degree. You can review staff from the staff page. When you file an appeal if the action is overturned or something is grossly wrong then we are informed with a bit of explanation.
Report responses will always be bland and to the point because we deal with so many people we often use template responses.
You can message staff directly with questions as well, but please only message one person at a time.
