I was flying back from the Cayman Islands with money to upgrade my PI (finally getting a vault!). I was eagle eyed on the flight page to ensure I could take care of my on hand cash before being mugged. Nobody was told that I was pulling money out of my offshore account, or what my intentions were.
While still flying, and having 5 seconds left on my countdown, I got notified of an event. I was mugged.
I get the mugging aspect is part of the game, but there was literally nothing that I could have done because my screen still showed me as flying.
I don't have any screen shots or proof otherwise, so I understand I'm probably out of gas on this one as far as compensation.
After thinking about this for some time, I think this is a feature that should be fixed..
In a matter of 1 second, The attack was initiated (while I was still in the air on my end), completed and then mugged. The flight page is obviously delayed, which caused someone running a script to make this a possibility. Even without a script, when being prompted with a CAPTCHA immediately upon landing, it will give muggers that much extra time to do what they need to do.
Maybe this can be looked into and add a 5-10 second immunity period from being attacked upon landing at your destination? This way the CAPTCHA can be completed and give a small grace period.
In terms of director income, which one has the best potential for income to the director after salaries, advertisement, and other necessities are paid? I understand. Things like stars, effectiveness, and length of doors open all play a key factor.
Destroys, I appreciate the gesture, but I can't accept your money. This is an issue with Torn and I was hoping to get it addressed through management. I was hesitant to post this as I didn't wan't it public and make it seem like I was seeking a handout or charity. I'll be returning this to you when I'm done traveling. Thanks for the gesture!

The hardest part (for me) is obtaining and maintaining great employees. Good ones will suffice for a while but you'll eventually want whales in key positions.
Stock is easy, you can have an abundance of it for a "rainy day" in the event you lose an employee without notice.
Income has been great so far, your profits are determined on what you keep after you pay your employees salary and advertising.
I hear PSFs are contract based which means there is randomness to it, a mine just makes and sells/stores salt based on your worker stats. I can't speak on behalf of a Logi, or even an oil rig for that matter.

This was fixed, the 15-second timer was implemented after I posted this. I doubt I was the sole reason, but it's been resolved. If you feel there is something still going on, you should probably make a new post.
