I'm cancelling my sub as of today too, today was just garbage and Bogie's response was total garbage, arrogant, and utterly nonsense. If he were my employee, he would either have to reinvent himself or start looking for a new job, pronto. Bogie refuses to take responsibility (or do his job) and is blaming players/factions that have invested a ton of RL time into putting together a chain that is broken because of server issues. When I brought it up to him in chat, he started analyzing my actions, even though I was simply walling - literally like threatening me or accusing me of something. To rub salt in the wound, cloudflare is asking me for authentication now just for homepage. Obviously there was a serious server fault. All of the factions should be credited/reinstated at a certain time/date to account for this loss.

Personally, I cancelled my subscription because of Bogie and his arrogance and nonsensical response. If you want to get a message across, I think the only way to do it is to hit their bottom line

Bogie, get a piece of paper, write down all the factions that broke chains and at what point, then reschedule or give credit to those chains. I.e., do your damn job! If you can't do that please quit and put someone else who gives a damn in charge.

If you want to get a message across just cancel sub, it's the only way that we can really react to this nonsense.

Bogie, take out a piece of paper, record the broken chains, get in touch with the faction leaders and either credit them or reschedule the chains. I.e., do your job. Most importantly, apologize for your behavior.

Your nonsense and arrogant answers that it's the player's fault does not stand and has infuriated many. I cancelled my sub on the spot as have others. I will not give you money for this nonsense.

If you can't do that little bit of work, then resign, and have someone that is willing take over for you.

I cannot believe an employee like Bogie exists. In any legitimate IT company, his nonchalance and arrogance would have had him fired on the spot.

I guess if enough people cancel their subs, eyebrows will lift and questions will be asked of him. How about instead of blaming players just take out a piece of paper and start recording which chains broke and at what point and start rescheduling them, with credit of course.

I am sorry, but no - why would looting a faction be a thing? A huge bonus for newer players to join factions is to safely store their money in the faction vault and to borrow equipment until they become stronger players.

If you take the security out of a faction vault/armory then you have just removed a few of the most significant benefits of being in a faction in the first place - at least starting out.

Looting a faction is technically already possible, by destroying the faction and mugging the leader, who will get all the faction cash dumped on them - so it is a remote risk, but possible. Let's not add further complexity to it.

Finally, this is simply not a FUN idea, it is a sad and lame idea - why should people be worried about mugging from yet another point? There is already enough of it already. Next, people will start to suggest looting the caymans, or looting stocks, etc. Very lame idea.
