i spend my nerve on disposal (even if it is lvl100),cracking + rest of nerve on graffiti since i dont have all vandalism merits, when graffiti is done i think i would do burglary but then new crime will be released 100%.

same thing happens to me
and use one with higher stealth if you attack active people so you wont be retal target
ive gotten better rewards when changing smaller amounts than bigger ones.
