I honestly want to thanks all the good inputs. What I intended to simply survey does it happen to another, intrigues me to dives more in-depth regarding it. I never do analyze deeply like Andyman and others, but I will try my best collecting the data from my friends attack log and compare it from the last 24 hours to next 24 hours or so.
Looking at the responses from this forum so far, it might be false positive, but I will do it anyway. Please bear with me while doing it.
What I can give so far:
1. The target is inactives and already in my hit list since last 2 chain (around 2 months ago) and I can always defeat them both with or without debuff. I can't deny there might be a case of auto-equip from Bogie, so I need to check again.
2. I DO change my weapon from Kodachi to Taser. But i could still defeat them even with the change. At least for the past 15 hours. Though, I could notice few past attempts failed miserably or near miss.
3. I never changed my armor.
4. For faction perks, we consistently using war perks while doing chain. So more or less it's the same for current chain and the past.
5. RNG does sucks. What you said literally happened to me lol. 3 crits in a row.
All of that comes from me personally. I will start digging more from others.

You sure? Then please enlighten me, how the inactives could change his build and all. I don't deny it might be pure bad luck, but it didn't happen only to me. I just want to ask others did the same happened to another Torn-wide.

Basically a joke for my faction's leader with a little touch of feminity. My long-term plan to sell the whole faction still not working so far. Maybe I need to be more discreet about it.

In summary we literally being put up by someone's hand, then being put down by someone's hand again. Repeat it twice. And after all of that the members literally knows nothing since we are so hive-minded for the rest of elims. Even the dissenters keep hitting anyways, so pretty cool stuff happens. The definition of roller coaster indeed. Glad to ride with y'all ? ? ?
