~ Nutella mug cake recipe ~
100g Nutella
1 large egg
2 tbsp plain flour
100g Nutella
1 large egg
2 tbsp plain flour
- Mix it all together in a mug (Nutella + egg first, then add flour)
- Microwave it for 50-90 seconds depending on your microwave (mine: 850W, approx 70 secs). If you don't overcook it, it'll be nice and dense in the middle like a brownie.
