Easy Targets for Low-level Players? · · 0 likes

Hi all,

I have read that one of the easiest ways to develop is to attack easy targets (like Purman) and leave them in the street. Does anybody have a compiled list of other easy targets/deactivated accounts I can attack and beat to develop my stats quickly? I am Lvl 4 and all my stats are in the 30's-40's range at the moment.

Thank you
