I hate that the system allows hospitalization while traveling and does not allow using meds
It is just frustrating to stay tied up in a hospital for 4-6 hours when you have all kind of meds in your inventory.
I would burn that down and re-engineer the entire process
The system should allow the players to be able to use meds even with a small penalty
