Weapon Damage applies when you hit someone with that weapon! The base damage is calculated using your strength and opponents defense, basically the higher your STR is compared to their DEF, the more base damage you will do. Taking this base damage, the weapon damage is multiplied to it giving you total damage!
Accuracy is the % chance of hitting your target if your SPD= their DEX. If your SPD is higher than their DEX your base chance of hitting will increase and vice versa, if you have low SPD and they have high DEX your chance of hitting is lowered!

For example one of my local ones, one of the largest in the UK is taking place this weekend.
I will be going to watch the parade as I do with friends, they will likely had of to party leaving me to rest and prepare for an evening ensuring all the revellers are safe.
Does supporting the LGBTQIA+ community make me "woke"? In my eyes that is a clear no.

It did take me a while to stop midgendering trans people I meet, and I still do on occasion. Most are great and understanding when you make a mistake a few times but to carry on doing so is just insulting them.
It also took me a while to get my head around the increase in non binary. Personally I think in this strange mixed up world we have a lot more teenagers that doubt their sexuality, even back in the past there was a lot more "gayness" but civilisation and the church said that wasn't right so for 100s of years boys were brought up to be men and girls were ought up to be women. It was simply forced upon them, their sexuality and gender defined by birth gender.
Even if they were gay or lesbian, they had to keep it hidden. Why do you think we saw a peek in adults over 40years old suddenly coming out as lesbian or gay!
Don't get me wrong, I don't believe that parents should encourage their young child in either way, Yes, a dad or mum can try pushing their son into liking football or cars, and their daughter into netball and baking. But you can't force them to like it and encouraging children on what they love is a great way to be supportive of your child.
Obviously if they turn around and say they identify as a rabbit or a cat, have them adopted (joke)

I'm aware that hacking was profitable but my pithy was crimes 1.0 was more about just clicking on warehouse for the majority of players.
Your approximation of income per nerve hacking to arson pops putty at about 500k differences per full nerve bar (based on 100nerve and 100% success)
You're not wrong in saying crimes 1.0 could need more profitable but only for some and only by a small margin (in both going to included the rare chances of grabbing a Cosworth from GTA crime).
For there vast majority of players Crimes 2.0 is more profitable, more enjoyable abed Oc 2.0 is also more profitable for most players but i won't go into the vs PA argument here 😆)
Money is pretty awful from crimes but then it pretty much always has been hasn't it?
Crimes 1.0 was all about doing fraud consistently (once you could) to get that CE up to be able to do PAs
A select few moved to the money option especially when the CE penalty for failures was reduced, but still was that worth nerfing your CE growth?
With a decent CE and nnb for returning players it shouldn't take a longhorn time to grind through there current crimes in 2.0. In heavy some of them are a little more interesting than the grind of 1.0
For me the money from crimes has been a very small part of income (almost negligible) and not something I would rely on building NW but CE, which is going to help more with OC2.0
Every other sentence in faction chat is poop this, butt that. It's like a child hasj ust learnt a couple of new words to use.
They left AP after I joined, we had had a few head to heads in faction chat which resulted in me closing faction chat via the settings and blocking any communication from Deathwish (as they were known then)
Just yesterday they rejoined AP, after having a visit to fewother factions, not sure ifthey had issues there but it wouldn't surprise meet.
I've nformed AP that I will be leaving if they're in the faction as I like to join in faction chat (when it's decent enough)
Could trying to interact with someone viafactionchat be considered trying to get around a block on communication?

I have a system that I mix holding for dividends and trading other stocks.
I have a total of about $30b invested in stocks, half of that is normally dividends the other half is for trading.
I've never used a script for it, just use my own little system
Obviously I look at buying low, selling higher, that really should go without saying
I generally look at the past 1 week/1month of the stocks history as yes it may look low this week, but it could still be on a drop from a peak and could drop further over the next few weeks.
I try to get it lower cost stocks, up to about 400per share. This way you get more stocks and hopefully create more profit (obviously it also works the other way too)
For example 5bn invested in a cheap stock only need a small change to create profit/loss.
Yes the more expensive stocks can have a bigger swing but you have less stocks.
5bn in WSU is approx 46m shares whereas 5bn in C&C is about 6m shares. So it need a much higher modern in C&C to reap the same profit
Although both look good investments right now .
I probably only check twice a day, don't use a script, have made a few bad decisions in the past but in the end year my net profits have been $4bn which works for to about $75m per week averaged out. Obviously some weeks I make more , some weeks less
Generally most AN directors stick to 3x sexperts, 1 manager and the rest sales assistants
The 4th sexperts will not bring in the same amount as the normal 3, the manager will boost stats of those under but this is quite reliant on the manager's stats being up to scratch.
marketing manager just boosts the money you spend on advertising which sounds great
Even if an employee doesn't seem to have the stats for sales asst, they are better in that role than putting them as a cleaner. No AN should ever need a cleaner (they don't bring in cash)
As Indycision mentioned, it doesn't look like you've been getting much (if any) help/advice from your faction.
Definitely the first job is to find a chill place to benefit from whilst you decide on some actual aims, both short and long term!
7th Street assassins is an easy going faction allowing you to find your feet a bit more.
When I moved from there a few months back it wasn't heavily involved in RWs as 30% of faction are semi retired and the rest were all quite new players.
One you've decided on some of the long ten gains, then you can find one that fits your plans a bit more, whether you want more active RW, or simply just tick along and enjoy a more relaxed style of game

All he said was that he expected them to be roled out faster, not that they would be.
At least he's not come out with some excuse like "the release of travel 2.0 has put back the release of the next crime"
Obviously different devs are going to work on different aspects and releases and I understand that travel 2.0 is a much bigger project than a single crime hence the stages.
Surely they could have made fewer stages for travel 2.0 but larger changes in those stages so that were not all travelling naked for months!

It's unlikely to be 3 as I'm sure Ched said that the next 3 crimes were not as complex as Arson so there shouldn't be such a long wait as there was fit arson.
I really should not have got excited about that at the time, but we had cheds comment, we had hints from the newspaper and then just waiting, and more waiting.
On the PLUS side we get to enjoy travel 2.0 whilst we're waiting, maybe rather than getting stressed about when the next cringe is coming out I could play dress up with my character for when I'm flying (or I could just get my old Barbies out of storage)
I understand it's game and that logic and common sense do sometimes have to take a step back or just stick their head in the sand!
So we can't travel with armour or weapons (from Torn City) but we can travel with them from other countries?

On an actual gameplay side of things. Sure it's an inconvenience if trying to do RW/chain hits abroad.

It just means you'll have to try targeting lower stat players abroad
Hopefully this will be a quick step and they'll release the next step ASAP where armour and weapons take up item space in travel inventory.

But this is a game and there is no logic behind changing this mechanic.
Is it going to change abroad? or is it that we're buying contraband weapons abroad and not from a "shop" ? If that were the case I'm sure Torn City would have a much higher quantity of contraband weapons for sale than London or Zurich!
Bring back the multi buy from Big Als, or at least give us a logical reason!
Many player owned companies will have rotational trains shared between its employees.
Some will charge for trains to make money from the company. Being brand new to the game in assuming paying for trains will be a bit too costly for you.
Whilst day in a city job have a look at some of the starter companies which require low stats, some lower star ones will take on employees no matter how low their stats are
In all honesty, I would seek the company straight away, spends some time reading up on running a company before you waste time and to much money on it.
In many games opening a shop early is a great money earner, unfortunately in Torn building a company from scratch is a money out that will take time to earn back.
