No wonder his former employees are afraid to speak out on what a terrible director he is. He bounties and harasses anyone and everyone who dares to speak up against his shitty ways.
This thread is creating an illusion that this guy has been a successful 10* LS director for a very long time, when in reality he was a 9* director for a long time, couldnt get to 10* so he ditched that company and bought one that was already in 10*. It didn't even take a month for him to rank down a company to 9* that before he took over was in 10* for a whole year.

p.s. he gonna pick off the best employees from the companies he kills and move them on to the next company he buys at 10 stars before he kills it again. It's been a vicious cycle for this guy, good luck whoever falls for his never ending lies.

This guy took over the 10* LS company that was in 10* FOR A WHOLE YEAR and it dropped to worst 10* company after 2 weeks and 3rd week he dropped to 9*.
Look at the number of downvotes this thread has, if you ask him about them he will lie "Nuke is salty, nothing to do with him as director".
This is the first time I leave a negative review about any job, but my god, this guy is pure toxicity!
While it would be fun to see where we stand in rankings, aren't factions more incentivized to try harder now because they never know when they may drop? Which is part of what devs wanted, I guess? Getting to see when your next loss will drop you from Diamond will just help to rig more wars

His partner used to blackmail small factions into paying ransom to avoid raids, used Viciously_Grim's faction as part of the threat. I've had them on my radar since. Don't think it's an obsession, I genuinely wanted to keep up with the ranked war changes thread, but the constant empty chatter from same people non stop killed all interest in that thread.

But you have to consider the bigger picture too - so many people complain that staff doesn't listen and at the same time same person spams a feedback thread 200 times without having anything of value to say.

He raised a lot of red flags, asked for 50/50 deal, when he clearly was running a cache farm of inactive bigs and weak noobs, so I refused to make a deal and began looking into him.
He used to be a leader of smallish, mostly noobs + inactive bigs type of cache farms that would only do deals. They never won a real war or even put up a fight, but due to how lazy most faction leaders are and don't look into their opponents, he managed to get away with deals for AT LEAST a year. He'd make a war deal, sometimes breaks that deal (I encouraged the factions he broke the deal with to go public, but people are just too lazy/don't want the drama).
For a year, almost every week he'd tell his members that the faction didn't make any money, even though they were making like 1 billion a week from constant deals in ~platinum.
I spent a lot of time trying to uncover his scam, interviewed all his members. Eventually found out that most of his members didn't even know how to check someone's networth, they didn't know that Alonso had ~100b networth at the time, because he constantly told them that weekly RW faction wasn't making any money. He constantly asked his noob members to send him Xanax, because he couldn't afford it. Asked people who hardly had any money to send him 100s of millions so he could buy more factions to run.
He'd regularly appoint new co-leaders, ideally someone new to the game, but with blue name, or someone old, but who was hardly playing. Basically using the role to gain trust. But the faction never had anything of value in it, not even war winnings. Alonso kept all members' balances in his private account, not in the faction.
If you went to look at his networth graph and aligned it with their wars - any time they had a war, his networth graph would go up by the amount they gained and it never dropped down. Aka he'd keep everything and tell members they didn't make any or hardly made any money.
He'd pay out like ~15% from OCs...
If you read to this point, you're probably asking yourself how could the members be so gullible? I ask that myself, there's no good answer, just that they are. And from experience running a faction with new players I can tell that most noobs just believe everything you say, they don't know better.
Eventually, after my very persistent convincing, his members revolted, threw a war and all left. Alonso didn't give them their money.
That's just the last year with this one faction, I have it on good authority ( one of my longtime members, who used to be in Alonso ran faction before this, told me ), that Alonso did this before too. I don't have all the details, but over a year ago, he kicked all his members from a previous faction he ran, kept all the money and sold the faction, to start the above, most recent faction of his.
Just want to put this out there so he can't repeat this scam indefinitely and that at least there's some mention of MR_Alonso being a scammer.
It's just rare to see someone using 10 different methods to scam his OWN members.
Also, there's a chance Alonso is running one or more factions remotely, because he kept asking his members to send him money for it. Could have been just another scam within a scam, but I had to make this post just in case he is still involved somewhere.
Not gonna read through all the vicious grim spam, sorry if it was asked already, but what decides the amount of loot now? Is it the hidden rank or is it still the visible rank (Plat 3 for example)?
