How do you get the url
I have experienced sleep paralysis several times to an extream level though I've been told by doctors that it was a anxiety attack. They started when I was young and started with what I described to doctors as nightmares and when I started to wake I found myself unable to move or open my eyes and felt as though I could not breath I had to take all that was in me to roll out of bed to regain my bodily functions to myself and if I laid right back down 80% of the time I would drift right back into that state and I must say it is very freighting.
