I have a question about "recruit" referral program. I got my mom to start playing, and I watched her click my link. But for some reason she never showed up on people I referred. They're named Sienna60. I probably should have asked sooner as they're already level 12.

I have an employee that has been marked for deletion. I'm not super social so I'm not sure how to go about phrasing this or if I'm even in the right forum for it. 

I wouldn't have known unless I checked my employees effectiveness (which I do quite frequently, fairly neurotically even; I suppose).

What I'm wondering, is if I would receive any notification or a similar event notifying me at some point that they've been deleted? It feels wrong to me that I wasn't immediately notified.

Not knowing the reason sucks already, but a chance of not knowing at all until they're vaporized? 

(PS is there a way to find a reason for account deletion if that's all it says? Are there any signs to look out for when hiring to avoid this?)
