This raises a good point that does need to be addressed- if only Chedburn actually knew anything about good game design, maybe we wouldn't be in this rut
Honestly, I doubt it. All he's done at this is add more points sinks, which temporarily reduces points supply and drives up price, but they go right back down not long after.
