i have read that when you are flying overseas you can find out in china how close you are to levelling up.
i think it should be implemented through out torn from level 5 upwards but the amount would be set at $100,000 or 2 points each time you check
i know i am new to torn so please don't throw this in the garbage can please just yet
please chedburn give it a try even if it is only on a dummy run for say 3 months
