So basically what happened was I was declined from a faction so messaged the owner, he said the cooldown to reapply was 75hrs it been a week and the apply button was greyed out. I messaged the owner and we established this was a glitch. Even though the apply button was greyed out I could still click it but when I would try and submit my application torn would say offer declined. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

If you want specialised message, this requires you to pay anonymous fee (+50% of bounty ) + 50k extra for the trouble
PRICES:
1-100k bounty = 200k fee
101k - 250k = 175k fee
251k - 500k = 150k fee
500k+ = 125k fee
Examples:
150k bounty is 175k fee.
So the calculation is: 150k(bounty) + 75k(listing fee) + 175k (Our fee) = You pay 400k for each 150k bounty
600k bounty is 125k fee:
( 600k(bounty) + (300k(listing fee) + 125k(Our fee) ) = you pay 1025k for each 600k bounty
