Hey guys, im a noob here who has mainly logged in to train, do crimes and log out. I'm trying to make more of my game play so looking for a good starter loadout that will help with basic fighting. I'm not currently in a warring faction so take that into consideration when advising.
My stats are balanced.

Hi, first of all I want to say a massive thanks for this guide as I wouldn't have had a clue what i was doing without it.
My stats are:
Racing skill - 4
Racing points earned - 460
Races entered - 213
Races won - 104
Currently I am in Class B but will be moving to Class A soon.
When I move to Class A, I will purchase my Class A car and fully upgrade as will have the full amount of points saved.
My question is, will my fully upgraded Class A car be better on 'dirt' tracks, than my Cosworth with 130 points spent on it from Class B?
My stats are:

Races won - 104
