Pay for training at a company you're qualified to be in. It's a long-term investment, but the eventual benefits of being in a high-paying company is worth it. The companies that require higher stats are going to charge you more for training. Don't go there until the benefits from the company nullify the extra cost.

The solution is for nations and groups outside of Palestine to stop flooding the region with financial support to groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. Billions of dollars are being spent to make sure that the region's destabilizing extremist groups remain strong. No peace is possible so long as that remains the case. To achieve this, you'll probably need to rub a lamp.
On the Israeli side, they need to start prosecuting the illegal settlers. While I feel it's important to note that not all of the settlers operate illegally or unethically, there are many that do. They need to be stopped and sent to prison for their crimes. This is something that could actually happen. If it were to happen, it still wouldn't create peace in the region. Not while billions are being spent to prevent peace.
