I'm JP_Schoolgirls, a newbie in the game. However, I have been doing graphic designs similar to this nature for many individuals and online communities for a long while including but not limited to profile pictures, avatars, forum signatures, pamphlets and event posters.

Schoolgirls Cosmetics are currently offering customization of your profile pictures. Choose within a palette of borders and effects that can be implemented with the profile picture of your choice. Effects are optional but they are there if you want to spice up your profile picture a bit. Options to implement a GIF border is available with a small fee. Modifications and amendments (i.e colour change) are more than fine!
