how about a solution, it should come as a patch in factions

1. everymember of the faction can use the faction vault, but you can only take what you have put in,

2. your faction balance can only be changed by the faction leaders,so you don't go around changing your balance and can scam more funds.

this will help when the faction leaders are not available to give you cash.

your thoughts would be nice, and I hope we can push it till it's plausible and added to the game..
