A calendar event added to those that have a racetrack licence, Races happen every few days/weeks during the event (just like F1)and you can sign up for race in a similar way like the dog tags competition. This would add new meaning to racing and make it more interesting there could also be a prize that could be cash or a unique "Torn City Race Trophy" given out to the first 3 .A person that signed up for the race will still have to attend the races at at the beginning if the event. You could add more depth to it by creating a pit stop mechanic that the each player can upgrade similar to the way you upgrade cars. Overall i think this would be a very cool addition to our beloved Torn city and gives much more depth to the racing aspect of the game ( we could even have articles in the news paper about the events of the race and get the community involved). Please bump if you think this would be a cool addition to the game in hopes that the right person sees this.
Have a Wonderful day
