1. China do not ban all foreign journalist, but only a few from USA
2. It is a response to US ban Chinese journalist earlier, if you want to blame China, blame USA first
3. Look at Trump's tweet, US learder claimed they know much more about the plague than Chinese people, they just care about the stock market rather than health of the poor
4. China has been reporting cases daily and warning WHO and the world after we have full acknowlegement in the virus. Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand and other countries are learning and started dealng with the disease. China is sending out medical staff and equipment to help friednly countries, while US is robbing kits from its vassals.

perks:
1. +50% alcohol
lets say 24 beers a day, that is at least 12nerve boost per day
&
2. nerve refill for 25jp
2.5 days for 10* pub, daily boost is ur total nerve/2.5
&
max nerve +15 (10* perk)
if u use points to refill nerve daily it is a 15 boost per day, also adding effect of perk 2.

so assume u have nerve bar of 80, drinks 24 bottles of beer a day and joined a 10* pub it becomes 95.
daily nerve gain from pub perks is:
12+95/2.5+15=65 nerve per day.
other companies for comparison:
Amusement Park: 10 from job points and 10 from increased nerve bar for refill = 20
Candle shop: 20 nerve from job points (but ppl join candle shops for energy) =20
Meat Warehouse: 10 from job points and 10 from increased nerve bar for refill = 20
