my suggestion is:
1. time to make a decision 15 seconds
2. timebank 90 seconds (0 at the beginning)
3. timebank increased by 1, every hand player has played
4. timebank never resets

For new poker players, who leave poker table with self hosp (wasting E for an attack). It is not neccesery, just try to bust high lvl target, you will end up in jail with full health and small time window to put your money in a faction vault (use another window to make it fast), also using such method you can get the merit "Repeat offender" (250 times in jail).
