I find microtransactions to be a real "smack in the face" to gamers all over the world.
I see that lots of the biggest companies such as EA like to use microtransaction in their games, whether it pays 2 win or cosmetic I seem to find that they are not needed. Purely cosmetic items that seem no additional help to the player are a huge waste of money to pay for a few pixels on a screen, and the cost of cosmetic items are CRAZY Ranging from $10 to $100's of dollars. I believe that we should be able to keep our wallets closed. On the other hand, though, games that are free and use microtransactions as their only way to make money I can agree that's fair, just make sure it's not 100% P2W.
Thanks for reading my rant
