Humble opinion... :)
This is my first year playing Torn. I really enjoyed the easter event, and I think halloween would benefit of having displayed on the competition status the amounts of treats (not to be confused with threats) collected in the current season, and a ranking would lead to gaining tokens like other events.

The changes are mostly good, but the disrespect in some of the aspects overcame the good in it.
I think that most of the changes are good, actually even exciting some of them. Now we can know what is coming and when they are coming and we can even increase the amount of dividends we get per week/month by increasing the amounts of shares. The shares are always available, we can sell it immediately at our convenience, we can no longer sell them to traders which is also alright.
Now, I never ever expected to sleep with a block and wake up with loose shares, and If I want to keep benefiting from all the investments I was sure I had I would need to spend more money? Sometimes I would borrow the money and pay interest to buy certain stocks, either because some shares were available or cheap and they were usually hard to get the hold of.That is nonsense and somewhat disrespectful to us players.
I think us keeping the benefits of the blocks already acquired and you making it harder to reach the next tier for some blocks would make it reasonable. Taking away our blocks was an action that in my opinion was not thought through.
I don't know I am just really upset, I sold my loose shares that were my favorite blocks *throws a crying here*, but I think it can still be improved to make it fair and give people a chance to see the good in it.
