Hello, this is my second time in Thailand and now I would like to explore more the surroundings of BKK like the floating markets, ancient town and nearby locations. Any good advices?
Also going to spend more time enjoying the local beaches. Any good tips on places to visit besides the usuals at Krabi and Phuket? Which islands would you recommend?
Do items in the city map accumulate until a certain limit of consecutive days or is it just random (and also, of course, affected by the number of merits or other special factors) the number of items one finds each day?

Are you sleepy in the morning or during the day? What prevents you from sleeping earlier? (Distractions, TV, internet, noise, lights…). Are you feeling anxious about something or for no reason? Are you taking melatonin in a good dosage and at appropriate timing? Is something else bothering you while you try to sleep? (Partner’s snoring, heartburn, pain, etc)
You should start by some sleep hygiene measures: - Define a time for sleep - Don’t stay in bed for over 20 minutes without falling asleep. Go to other room, read a book in dim light (choose something that doesn’t get in your emotions) - Reduce water intake after 6PM - Don’t take stimulants at evening or night (drugs, coffee, alcohol) - Keep your bed and linens in a good temperature (not too hot or too cold) - Don’t exercise late in the day. Exercise in the morning or during lunch hours/ early evening - Reduce screens like 2 hours before bed. Don’t engage in highly intellectual activities before going to bed - Lower lighting a couple of hours before going to bed

Should maybe have an icon that could show automatically if that person is in hospital or abroad, instead of having to click on every each one to check.
Don’t wear tight shirts, don’t lie down after eating, lose some weight if overweight, avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy or high fat foods, large meals and eat slowly.
What kind of exercises do you recommend for Parkinson patients and stroke patients (especially regarding patients with anosognosia and neglect issues or hemianopsia).
You would have to see pictures as a newborn to be sure, but the adquired causes are rare and don’t make sense without trauma history, a long history or without other symptoms.
It seems you have that at least since you were a kid, so probably just something congenital with no association with other medical problems. I wouldn't worry about that.
I’m a neurologist and it seems to me that it is more an enophthalmos than a ptosis, you can see that both the upper lid and the lower lid are closer to the iris on the left eye as opposed to the right eye. The difference is insignificant, majority of people will never notice.
