As noted many times, being AB+ is not the best hand that could be dealt when starting this game. If I wasn't as invested, I would restart, but I have learned to deal with not being able to self-hosp. The idea could be that one would go get a stem cell transplant, and that would change your blood type to that of your donor. Make this cost some amount of points (750 and only able to be used once).
