The most important thing in a company is the Effectiveness of its employees.
Effectiveness will grow if:
- You daily log in onto your Torn account and do an activity that requires a captcha.
- You gain education points.
- You're not a drug addict.
Effectiveness can drop due to several occasions:
- When your general activity drops. --> if you're offline more than 7 days straight and there is a new application, you'll get fired.
- When your drug addiction grows. --> if you drop a lightning bolt, better get that herbal cleansing going! (around 15 job points = -1% addiction. knowledge thanks to Angerpythe)
Well, besides your paycheck and an awesome team to work with, you gain a daily amount of job and education points!
On top of that, I, the director, promise regular trains (extra education points) for every active employee. So, keep that activity up!
