Mission: You are tasked to spread the glory of the almighty CCP in torn city, make the region of torn city a powder-keg waiting to explode. Infiltrate the upper echelons of factions to increase the tensions between all major factions in the city. Use whatever means at your disposal to create the opportunity for our grassroots movement to settle and dominate the city.
