Divide 200 square feet into minute fractions to remove parts of Nuclear bombs all over the world. This will cause an unstable reaction leading to nuclear detonation. It would cause a nuclear apocalypse of widespread destruction and radioactive fallout causing the collapse of civilization.
Of course, countries wouldn't admit what the cause of the detonation is as they don't have a clue and instead will blame other countries instead saying that other countries launched their nuclear missiles at them. Under such a scenario, some or all of the EArth is made uninhabitable by nuclear warfare in future world wars.
Besides the immediate destruction of cities by nuclear blasts, the potential aftermath of a nuclear catastrophe could involve firestorms, a nuclear winter, widespread radiation sickness from fallout, and/or temporary loss of much modern technology due to electromagnetic pulses.
I think this would be more devastating than just killing a few political/influential people, don't you think?
