The reality is.

The API scripting system has made a black market economy for user data because it specifically holds so much useful information to facilitate abuse.

The buy mugging scripts

The casino token refresh mug scripts.

All of these are a negative end user experience.

As devs you can't just release APIs and then not give players the tools they themselves need to protect themselves from these abuses.

You have limited keys and such, but we don't have fine tuned controls over WHAT data we can and can't leak.

If you want to fix this.  give me total control of my data, with a fine toothed comb.   so I can share ONLY exactly what I want to with these external services.  and wham  this problem is a thing of the past.
