Today i was just f***ing around and this player just happened to cross my mind, the one and only best lvl 1 player in torn Jesus. I though is this guy still playing? and took look at his profile just to realize that this guy had the latest activity about 120d days ago, then i decided to search in his latest posts to see if there were any clues that explain why he stoped playing for this long (was just and just came up at some old posts (some of you may remember) about how he was perm kicked from the New Players chat.
Long story short i think (correct me if im worng) this guy was removed from NP chat because he was hosping staff and generally preventing them from doing their job although he claims that he did not get any warnings before this decision was made. He had made a lot of attempts to be moved to global but this exeption could not be made
So after reading all these in old forum posts a big question was born in my mind , was this decicion right or was taken because staff did not want to deal with this anymore and chose the easy way?
If they wanted to make an exeption for him why not moving him to global chat? (which i think it was right). Although the staff argued tha this was how game worked and could not change the mecanics just for him. This is acceptable but why after that they ended up changing the mechanics (kind off) for him, wouldn't be better just to move him to global chat?
I mention all these events because i think if the staff dont want to change the mecanincs just to make one player's (who is playing this game for so long and have contibuted a lot) experience more enojoyable should not change it at all.
When i started playing at around 50 days old (i think) i had to deal with the sharkey bounty thing (if you know you know) , as a new player i got very mad and belived that this wasnt right, so i sent a message to a staff member only to get the answer <<we cant do anything about it this is how the game works >> at first this did not seemed fair to me but after a week or so i realized that staff were right and at the end of the day this is what makes the game so unique and interesting
To sum up i firmly belive that if staff decide to make the decision to change some ceratin game mechanics to punish some players because they are making some other players experience difficult they should also do it more often and to those who really deserve it and not only make one exeption for a minor reason leaving him with no chat at all, again i only metion those events not to try to make this thing right i just want to end up that justice is not being served in certain ocasions and I supose similar events may have happed before that we do not know about
So this event made me write this post. Id love to hear and disscus your opinions down below
Disclaimer : I mentioned the event above just to explain why i belive that justice is not being served always, Im not trying to accuse anyone and also not want to bring up all of the jesus thing because im trying to make this right im just using it for example to suport my opinion

Because im noticing that this thread got a lot off people upset and i dont know really why . I want to clarify that i made this thread to discuss about these events and these decisions in general im not taking anyones side im just saying that this desicion seemed wrong to me also no offence to the staff as far as my experience with them is concerned i did not had any problems. Unfortunately people did not get the meaning of this post so im gonna stop posting here although if someone wants to discuss this with me he is welcome to chat me
no i said that if you ban someone for that then to be fair you should ban the others that do the same, personaly i do not agree that and thats why im saying that i think banning him ias wrong
i said that if you ban a person for constantly attacking others for no reason you should also do it for all the players that do this . not only for a minority of players
no i do not have something specific in mind i did not made this post to convice others just wanted to discuss but clearly a lot of players seem to had taken that the wrong way. i tried to explain my opinion in the thread and mentioned that i do not try to make this right just want to discuss it if players are not intrested in discussing it you can just not reply and the post will just disapear but people seem to take this personaly for some reason
this was not the purpse of the post i said that im not trying to make this right although id like to discuss it with other players that seem to be intrested in it no mater what their point of view is
m8 i get what you are trying to say but im just curious as far as someone is allowed to attack why not to (for whatever reason) if what you said is true why this is only for staff and not for normal ordinary bullies or if this is some kind of rule then why i cant find it
im sorry but i think as far as attacking is allowed the reason does not matter i metioned in the main post that i wa getting bunties without a reason so this should be bannable all i got was <thats how game works> and i agree with that all im saying is that its not right

yes but attacking staff does not prevent them from doing their jobs they can monitor all the chats and formus and if this is not true and it does prevent them why is he allowed to attack them its not right to ruin someone gameplay because he is just doing what the game allows him to if this became a problem they should have try to find another solution
all im saying is that for someone to say that justice is being served they need to do the right thing for both sides bannin him from chat was the easy sollution since they did not had any problems with players attacking the staff before and this guy came up should think and make a diferrent decision as long as this was not in the rules there is no rule that says do not attack the staff they need to give him a warrning that he was going to get chat banned if he continued and a fair reason why is that. as long as the game allows him to attack why this should be banable?
as long as game allows him to attack then why not to why to remove him from the chat and not to make him not be able to atack the staff all im saying is that these 2 things seem a bit different to me (and also he do not have proof if they warned him or not although i belive this does not matter anyways)
M8 i agree with you but he was attacking staff (he claims the he hasnt received any warnings but im not sure if this is tru or not so im gonna leave it be) but what attacking staff has to do with the chat did he harrash a new player? whouldnt be good to leave him in the chat so NP can also see an example of a holder ? and if staff should not be attacked why their accounts are attackable ? its game mechanics if this was the case why not ban all other players who bully NP because they dont let them play the game this decision was right thats what im trying to say he can attack staff even if he is not in the chat i think so whats the difference?
