I have searched every menu and i can no longer find my notebook... i have subscriber status but cannot figure this out? Anyone help me find it? Thanks!

Just tried to bet in the casino on slots and although the bet hutton lights up, the wheels do not spin. I also cannot place a bet on roukette or high/low.... i have tokens and am not banned from the casino.... why can i not make a bet or play the slots? Thanks!
