I have seen the so-called warning above the map, which means I can get items but cannot receive them, but as far as I know, many of my faction members can find things that they have got in Christmas Town in their item inventories..so what's wrong with this activity? When will it formally start? Why some can get things but the others cannot? Is it fair?

As far as we all know it's near the end of March of 2021 now, but why don't I receive Spring Newsletter? I thouht there was some lag, so I mannually resended season newsletter serveal times, BUT I still received 2020 Winter Newsletter twice? TWICE!!! Is there some mechanism that I don't know or just simply some bug ?

Feathery Hotel is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. All my requests were accommodated before and throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious and had great views. Staff is very polite and professional. I am quite a picky traveler and was absolutely 100% happy with this hotel. Highly recommend it!
