start heists by selecting 4 players (including you) and start, don't make it overpowered though, like for e.x make it a chance game thingy and don't make it too rewarding (like for e.x 5 million $). Once you completed the heist successfully, you gotta give a cut to your crew which means that you can chat with the other players to see how much each one will be getting
