“Handed his faction back to him” lmao who did you hand it back to him from? Cuz as far as I can remember Rifty held the faction then transferred it to me and then I transferred it back to him when he left SAOP. You never had the option to NOT let him have his faction.


And what did you invest again? You invested a limited amount of time so that you could take our best members and use us as meatshields… sounds like you sacrificed a lot for us there.

Dear Torn community,

 

As you're aware, there have been numerous dramas, stories, and accusations surrounding scams and member debts. Recently, a malicious campaign was launched to undermine our entire faction family by accusing us of a member investment scam. However, our faction, armory, and companies were more than capable of covering the investment fund. The culprits will be held accountable and we will take back what is rightfully ours.

 

 

Unfortunately, our stolen sub-faction is now operated by Ana [2233184] and her loyalists: Kitchie [2081264], Callie aka "Bruneau" [2904573], AFFRAY [27818071, xXYukioXx [2935094] and some of their manipulated individuals. They are responsible for all of this, but deny any wrongdoing when there's real life financial connections involved in this chaos which is very professionally hidden. They also falsely claim that they have paid the members with their own money, despite refusing to provide us with evidence to the contrary. They accuse IF of not paying the members, yet they hold 5 to 6 lF mining companies worth around 100B, which could easily settle their debt. They offered us to pay Kitschie and Affray 35B in order to get the faction, but we declined because the members, like xen01, are not paid yet and we demand to give one of the IF mines that Kitschie, -Mt-, or Affray, is holding should be transferred to the people who are not paid yet in order to help pay them with IF assets and funds.

 

 

We have proof showing How Kitschie was always asking and wanted to be in "Iron Retribution" Leadership. Bear in mind that Ana and Kitschie were close friends and they used to play another online game together before Torn. And once this smear campaign was executed by Ana — she was in recruit process of taking IF shell.  Kitschie was already on the leader seat of "Iron Retribution" and once she saw the plan has been executed she took over Iron Retribution and rebrand it as "Crossfire". She confiscated all the Iron mines, manipulated members to get paid by her which she refuses to provide any proof of. Voiding the fact that she signed a leadership agreement with Iron to hold this sub only as a Leader and Rifty is the true owner of Iron Retribution.

Ana and others strategically manipulated Rifty which can be shown later and back stabbed him at his lowest after gaining full control over IF empire. They showed immense loyalty and support to gain his trust, convincing him they would keep his family together. However, they carefully planned to dismantle his empire, involving many people and persuading him to quit.

 

 

We aim to present the facts about this scam and encourage the community to reflect on the prevalent manipulation and betrayal. A dedicated discord server is going live with all timelines, proof, and screenshots for those interested in understanding the full context.

Lastly, I would like to request all of my previous IF members to come back home. We learned from our mistakes and we will "Make Iron Great Again".

If he cheated in a way that gained him money, then theoretically the company might not have existed cuz it’s worth a good chunk of cash. So unlike a case with a faction leader going inactive I agree that a company either bought or created by the director who gets in fed should end up gone with him

Read what was said. The shares were transferred from an account that quit afterwards to them and is part of the middle manning issue. Because now it’s going to this new account that based on previously posted evidence is that original account hence why we are asking staff.

In our discussions, we were unsure what to do at the start so we tried resolving it in house to begin with and why we held the shares in case y’all could clear it up and the two of you refused. Once it was clear that you two didn’t want to work it out that’s when we went to staff to get the answers instead of from you two. All of this has already been explained to you two by rifty, me and a few of the other leaders involved there. You two just don’t listen and want drama

As the funds are being held by us then some of the money hasn’t been middlemanned technically until it is sent to the accounts. When that happens then whoever sent that money (maybe even the faction) could potentially get in trouble for middlemanning. That’s part of the issue there

It still hold with what I said though. That was talking about the voting out and then saying if they wanted to clear it up themselves they need to come to us on voice. We were hoping it could all be cleared up in house but once they left then we decided to pause the shares in order to allow us to report and see about it all officially so we would know what to do about the money. If it is middlemanning funds then we were wondering how to go about it.

This is literally one point out of a lot we made and that’s the only one you seem to care about.

They have been reported already we are just waiting till we get word on it and the two that made this thread are just upset about that. We reported them but had refused to let that influence our voting. Paying back the shares are a dif situation

When she was chatting us she claimed she couldnt call bc she didnt have a mic yet your phone has a mic. lol

Easy to see, Aphro quit and gave her money to Heph/Yorinobu. (plus shares)

About 1 billion changed hands there plus Hephaestus/yuri transferring a few bil worth of shares to her free of charge.

This was when I trusted them but those comments got everyone curious about what was going on. That compounded with her acting very similar to aphrodite plus using aphro's email and refusing to talk on voice or answer any questions about aphro besides "Its Not me" and stuff like that made us look into this more. she had also said that her previous account was in leadership with hephaestus/yuri which fits aphro again.
Plus her activity was mainly during canadian timezone which is where aphro said she was based and not russia like seiros claims.
All this points to her being Aphrodite's restart account and them trying to middleman.

If they want to fix this then just talk with us like that third leader did that stayed after it was resolved.

The invite had been revoked and the link that aphro was sent was basically not accessible by Aphrodite as she was out of the discord.

furthermore, Aphrodite email that was sent was literally sent right after I sent the link to seiros when she was online and wanting it

He was not forced to give up shares, again you are twisting the info. He had the decision for what to do with his shares and he had already previously said he would give part of them to you for nothing.

If it truly was all speculation which it wasn’t and some of it was already shown and talked about by other leaders, then why can’t you just talk about with us and explain it lol

you have the power to solve this problem just like that third leader did with his case.

The whole first point of that I already explained in one of my above posts. I said that the third leader that had done that with seiros got on to a voice chat and we talked thru it all and he stayed

The evidence went alittle further than that but like I said above and you seem to be ignoring we did check it and talked it out with him and that’s why he is still a leader here unlike you lol

If that’s true then just get on voice chat so we can hear it like the third leader did and work it out

You did help seiros due to the shares you were pushing to transfer to her free of charge which we eventually let you do before realizing all the stuff that was going on.


Also you and seiros were the ones pushing her into leadership not me. As it was the two of y’all that originally asked and then ended up trading the shares around

Three leaders were being examined for suspicious stuff so It’s funny you talk about this:

“They even had "proof" - a screenshot of their logging bot about one of the leaders changing his name on the Discord to her name. This was considered proof that she was a multi.”


Because this was where we were looking at seiros and the third leader. That leader joined voice call with us and explained it and was absolved. So all we are asking you is to get on call and chat with us.


Tl:dr we concluded one leader was innocent after they explained. But these two won’t.
