1. I am wondering if the new OC2 metrics take into account things like the type of crime making you better an an OC2 crime.

eg. Burglary of the dockside requires lockpicking kit. Does Doing multiple of these increase the skill of lockpicking in OC2 or only the increased crime progression?

2. Do we need to keep graffiti above a certain level? i.e.. Will letting it degrade to 0 have a detrimental affect on future crime of any kind?
