Guide : How to make more employees 1. get married 2. have kids 3. hire them kids 4. don't pay them coz they're kids (if you pay them, it's called child labour and that's illegal even in torn)
big kid borrows toys from small kid small kid asks for toys back big kid says no and "you're so irritating, shuddup or i'll pull your hair out" small kid sits down and sucks his thumb quietly big kid gets a couple other kids to rough up the small kid and his other lil friends, taking everything they have
small kid gets flustered, climbs onto a soapbox, tells the class that the big kid's a liar liar pants on fire big kid says "yeah i lied, now sit still and have a knuckle sandwich" other kids don't agree with the small kid's public service message, and tell him to "shuddup <insert rascist comment>" ...etc.... then it degrades and gets kinda boring tbh
So children, here're today's life lessons in Torn : - Don't give your toys to some other idiot kid you don't really know or trust. Get something in return as collateral. - And try to make friends with the kids around your neighbourhood. Less chance they'll jump you the first chance they get. - All men are inherently evil, until they prove they aren't
Imo right siting posts do actually help them get the eyeballs and responses. I guess it's part of the whole forum machinery, where helpers and wonderful forum citizens like yourself can contribute.
OP : Best investment is time spent reading the guides in the forum. Then ask around your faction. Imo : 1. Sell some losses for quick capital 2. Invest that startup cash to rent some decent property for more happiness 3. Use baldrs target list to attack and level up to 15 4. At L15, fly fly fly and build up your bankable savings
By this time, you should have read up more to learn how to make flying efficient, training for good gym gains and doing crimes for NN growth (slow but steady).
Sounds like a lack of trust. Start small with a short lease, then build longer ones over time once you're both in tune with the rental and upkeep payments.
OP, don't quit. You're playing such a unique style, it's really refreshing to see. More importantly, you're using Torn the way it should be... To help take your mind off real life troubles for just a little while.
Don't let that irritable bitch take that away from you.
