Torn's most popular building is the Item Market, followed by the Bank, Duke's Loan Shark office and the Church. This indicates that Torn's residents enjoy buying crap, then checking their bank accounts, realize their screwed, borrow off Duke, then go pray to God he never asks for it back. I am one of those residents as well, so no worries.
