Alright I wanted to speak on this for so long. First of all I totally agree with Fexalan here . Secondly now I will respond to all those people who say "Man just be grateful to the lotto giver cuz they are giving their free stuff, So first of all- - I am not a beggar and most of the people in such server don't beg for lottos, we all are there to have fun and make friends, so there is no reason for us to be blindly grateful to the lotto owner and neither do they need to be indebted to us. - secondly the purpose behind lottos is to share happiness with giving random gifts so it is the responsibility of the lotto owner to ensure that the bot being used is totally rig-free because there is no fun in seeing rigged results. So for the sake of purity behind the intentions to spread happiness, all the discord servers should either have a common agreed upon bot or else there should be a parameter to standerise the bot. - There is no good in defaming one server or fighting blindly without reaching a proper conclusion , also there is no need to feel indebted to a lotto giver just because they are giving stuff. The transparent and impartial nature of giveaways is of prime importance.

Also I think that torn cannot do anything incase of Discord bots, but all the Discord server owners should sit upon and finally choose a common bot which should conduct giveaways in all servers and this is totally possible because I understand the technicalities behind a discord bot, so don't explain me how this will happen.
