He went off a deep end after a couple of recruitment letters to his faction members. He then messaged some of the Deja2 noobs that their lead is a scammer due to his friends/enemy ratio and they should join his faction instead.
After some harmless trolling where everyone added him to their enemy list he dropped everything, including his faction and has been on full stalker mode ever since.
